I'm a walking contradiction

Separation, illusion, belief, disbelief, conviction, truth, goals.

All things that keep us from the moment, even truth keeps us from the moment. Truth isn’t something you acquire, only when you let yourself go completely, only then does truth come. It simply happens.

Goals, missions, expectations. Having a purpose is something that happens in the mind. Only the mind can grasp it. And when you let the mind grasp it tension happens, tension in your body, tension in your whole being. And this tension is what is keeping you from truth.

If you let yourself go fully, purpose may very well happen, and it may drive you. But to create it and hold on to it is no different from creating the worst mind-misery you can imagine, only a more subtle form.

The mind is tricky, when you discover it’s trickery at one level it drops down to something more subtle, more cunning. Until you discover that, then it drops even further. And so it goes.

When you find the minds musts, have to’s and don’ts. And see through them, your whole being relaxes. Only in this relaxation can you find truth, god and peace.




Congratz to those who had graduated CAT & sorry to heard that some of you that had failed for some papers. It seems that everything had changed, but my heart for you will never change. Hope everything will be alright. Tomorrow will be a better day.

Sunway University College ACCA Club Prom Night 2009

Sunway University College CAT/ACCA (Sunway TES) finally came out first ever Prom Night in history at Grand Ballroom Sunway Hotel Resort on 17th July 2009. The theme of the Prom Night was Red Carpet : The Night Of The Oscar
Not to forget to mention that our rm85 tickets inclusive of free entrance to Ministry of Sound. It's worth to go =) But it's seems like we enjoyed clubbing more than the Prom Night. LOL













After enjoyed at club, we went to SS2 Sri Murni to have our supper & reached home around 5am. I can't sleep for the whole night & the next day went to my relative's wedding dinner with my sleepy face =/



Sorry for long time that didn't touch my blog already. College started & my brother came back from UK already. Currently busy with my things. Sorry peeps . =)

Movie Freak

Monday,went to watch to Aeon Bukit Tinggi watch 'Monster vs Aliens with friends. 5 guys went to watch cartoon together. lol!


It's better to watch it in 3D, but we didn't watch it in 3D because the Aeon's cinema don't have 3D yet. But it's overall, a fun film. Monster vs Aliens is another hit from Dreamworks after some good films like Shrek and Madagascar. Well, some of the characters are unique and funny, exspecially B.O.B., he was the character who cracked me up the most in the film. And the animation is solid and colourful, the cast was very good, the voices fitted the characters perfectly.




Wednesday, i woke up early morning and go meet up with Mei Sze and Ke Li. Both of them purposely came down to Klang to find us to have breakfast and watch movie. We brought them to eat Bah Kut Teh. After meal, we headed Aeon Bukit Tinggi and watched 'Drag Me To Hell'.


It's nice to watched and it's 'funny'!=) I know you girls enjoy this movie very much ryte?ngek ngek! No regret watching it! XD
After movie, we headed to Ke Li's house to prepare for bbq. Guess what? Jolyne be the driver and fetched us to Ke Li's house.


Luckily we managed to reached Ke Li house safely! xP
We all really enjoyed very much there. Thanks for organising bbq party.






Friday, while i sleeping soundly suddenly c2pid cousin sister woke me up ! >< joking ="P
Woke up early morning and went to fetch her to Agro Bank to deposit her NS money. After that, we went to watch 'Blood-The Last Vampire'.


I've not read the manga yet, so i can't really comment on accuracy of the movie to it. However, the movie when compared to the original full-length anime, it has been kept as true as it can be true.
I don't mind to go so far to fetch you and stucked in jam, but you must promise me study harder after ur college started k? And must be happy always! Lastly, thanks for your meal. =D

Malacca Trip

3 days 2 night in Malacca finally over...
Malacca...where historical places hold their values and with their scrumptious food scattered all over. But most important of all is the group 4 gang that've went. 20 of us went there and by 5 cars. The journey took us around 2 hours.


Once we reached Malacca, we went to Lisbon Hotel, Malacca (The Hotel offers a 3-star rate with 5-star facilities) CRAP! I can't see any special facilities there.


We managed to squeeze out of the hotel and spill out onto Jonker street aka Jalan Hang Jebat and the famous Red Square in charming, quaint and clean Malacca. It seems like that is the most happening place and it has awarded as one of the WORLD HERITAGE landmark. Particularly adores the architectures & artistics along the streets. Curious and with an appetite for anything whimsical, old and historic and in search of some tangible memories that I can physically hold on to Jonker Street sounded perfect. My first visit and I was charmed. We have chicken rice ball as our lunch there.



The first night, we headed for satay celup as our dinner. A vast selection of food items skewered with bamboo sticks to choose from the fridge. Each stick costs only 50¢ so be careful of getting carried away :P


After meal , we headed to Malacca River Cruise.


After that , we went to Menara Taming Sari to enjoy Malacca's night view.





Lastly,we headed to Jetty to play snooker and sing k. During the midnight, we enjoy our beers at the seaside which is nearby our hotel.

Final Exam - My Nightmare

Final exam is over at last! as well as my nightmare. XD Yesterday, finally i have done all the papers. Hopefully I pass all my paper and graduates like everyone wish for. Well, this two weeks are really suffering. I can still feel the dizziness that I gain from these papers. I woke up early morning everyday continuous for 2 weeks and headed to college's library for revision with friends. Sometimes we even took 3 meals at Rock Cafe which is near to our college. Many funny things happened during our preparation for final.

Friendship & Love

What is friendship and love?
"Love is when the needs and cares of the one I love become more important or at least as important as my own needs and cares".
Dealing with friendships is a complicated and emotional process, and it's easy to become entangled in relationships that may not be the best for our health. Address the problem right away. Figure out what kind of friend you're dealing with, in order to understand how to best handle the situation. In the end, dealing with negative people can only bring negative experiences and feelings to your life. Try to remember that as we get older, our friendships typically narrow to a small, special few (who we can truly cherish throughout life). So remember that when closing a door on a toxic friend. You just may opening the way for a mature, healthy new friendship.

Emo Post

Sorry for being inactive this few days. Ya! I'm feeling quite down this few days. I feel like there are two worlds between me. But it's like two chains dragging me from the opposite sides. It's painful. I can't decide, I can't even believe to myself. If I follow the way of believing to myself (whatever that means) I would find a reactive self trying to debunk the elements that made me believe at first. But this doesn't let me at ease. Sometimes you just have to believe and follow in order to move in life. BUT I DON'T WANT TO. And yet I do..

I'm contradiction of myself.

..but then I say that I am between two worlds. And that this is the only way to understand. I guess I just accept the fact.

I wish I can just vanish from Earth. Start a new somewhere.

Thanks for your concern. I will be alright.

Simple Life

Many stressed out folks are looking for a different way to live. Some try to jump right in and change everything at once, some take their time and add a few simple steps to their daily walk and find themselves ready to take on another aspect of the road less travelled. But as long as you are trying to keep up with someone elses style of life, without having your own journey to simplicity, the walk to simplicity will never be yours, it will never be the right fit. It will not work right. We are all made differently, we don't have the same needs, desires, talents, and journey through life. Naturally there are some tried and true aspects of simple living that work for most people. It keeps you from buying things you think you need in order to live the simple life. Its about finding your own place of being real. Its about living with what you need and not all the stuff you think you want or having the things that make you feel good for a moment in your personal history. Its about learning to find joy in nature, in the breaths you take, in the smile of a passerby. It's about not having to have more than you need.
People, relationships and connections to others is what life is about and in knowing that, we want to pursue a lifestyle that allows us to care and nurture those relationships. Its a higher calling shall we say, than chasing after the material world. Simple living is about conviction. It's not just something to shoot for and hope it makes you feel better. Its about knowing yourself and knowing what will really matter in the end. Its about having time, free from demands that lead you no where. When you finally find who you are, whats real then you make changes that will stick with you. No need to keep changing how you do things. The heart and the soul will be your guide as you walk towards a simple life.

Life is simple, just that we make it complicated.

Final Exam Is Coming!

This is my worst nightmare. Final exam… It is getting nearer day by day. *Sigh*. I really need to put much effort in this. I’ve completely done nothing to my studies within this week. Every time I have an hour to read or just doing the simple calculation it will end up on browsing every website that I never wanted to go before, checking inbox in my email even I know that I already setup the mail alert for each new mail coming, even open my own friendster and facebook profile that I change every time log on to that social networking site. Taking so many papers per semester is not fun at all.

Belated Birthday Present

Can't believe that i still received birthday present today although my birthday already past few days ago. Thanks a lot! =)
Tomorrow onwards will be EDC & EFC classes. Study hard everyone!

Happy 18th Birthday Vivian

Today after t8 class went to watch X-Men Origins: Wolverine with college friends at Sunway Pyramid.

The final fight sequences for this movie is nice, I don't want to go into details cause that would give away certain plot points, specifically who the final fight scene is with and why he is fighting him. I have to raise another complaint though, as for the explanation for Wolverine's so called memory loss. They don't explain it very well in the film, they just say that this will make him not remember. Fighting fire with fire just doesn't make sense to me. The explanation for his memory loss is truly pathetic and doesn't make any sense. The action sequences are nice and enjoyable, the opening credit sequences is neat and mirrors what Watchmen did. I think the fans will enjoy this one, if they can get pass the nitpicking of certain characters. It's leaps and bounds over the last film, but doesn't hold a candle to the second one. It's interesting to see if they are going to try and fit another one in between the events of this film and the first X-men, cause if we go by continuity sake here, somethings just don't fit.

Today’s the day - my sweet little cousin (Vivian) has turned 18 and is now legal! Just wanted to wish my cousin sister a happy 18th birthday since she reads my blog that little brat. Finally you turned 18! You must be strong okay!! Don't ever let yourself fall easily and you know that i will always by your side! I know u can do it! Stay healthy & happy always! =)

Anyway, happy birthday again my beloved cousin, hope you enjoy your special day!

Naak

Today, accompany my cousin sister went to The One Academy to ask about her interior design course. After gathered information about that course,we went to McDonald in Sunway Pyramid to have our lunch. After lunch, we straight headed to the cinema for Naak (thai).


For the first 45 minutes, this movie is full of action, leaving out a lot of conversation. It takes almost half of the movie for us to figure out what exactly the movie is all about. Once we get the idea, the movie becomes interesting to watch. One thing for sure, this movie is violent as hell. In one particular scene, Manus and his armies storm the village where Nawin and Jin were hiding and kill all women and children without any compassion.
Jesadaporn, who plays Nawin, does a great job in this movie. But Nawin has a way of never dying even though he is repeatedly shot and stabbed. Probably he is protected by the large garuda tattoo on his back! For Ploy Jindachote who plays Jin, she is not given much to do other than to say her character's name. However she is definitely good at conveying the conflict she feels within her body.
The special effects in this movie are not bad, even though there are some that look a bit amateurish. They do a very good job with the giant snake though. It doesn't show until the end of the movie, probably to keep up the suspense.
This is a great movie to catch if you are into this kind of sci-fi action.

I'm kinda tired & sleepy now because yesterday night slept around 3am and today woke up at early morning. That's all! Ciao!

My Birthday Celebration

A group of my friends, my cousins and I celebrated my birthday at Aeon's GreenBox during afternoon. Thanks to Mei Sze & Ke Li that came all the way from Subang to celebrate my birthday. Actually at first i don't really know they coming down to Klang to celebrate my birthday, thanks to Kim Zhang that accidentally told me that they all coming Klang today.
After having all the joy and laugh in GreenBox, we headed to Restauran Boston Klang to have our dinner. Thanks to all of you spending your whole day just to celebrate my birthday! =)



At night, 5 of us went to Jeth Ice Cream & Coffee House for my 2nd birthday celebration of the day. =)

Just wanna wish myself, a very sweet 19th birthday! Can't believe that I'm 19 already. Time really flew so fast nowadays. I just want to take this opportunity to thank all the wishes that I got today. Every year my mum & my cousins will bring me to Western Restaurant to celebrate my birthday. But this year i choose to eat japanese food instead of western food. We celebrated my birthday at Aeon's Sakae Sushi. =)






All the wishes that I have are indeed a very special present to me. Certainly hope that those i care and love will be happy and healthy throughout the year. Deeply appreciate all the wishes, thanks to all of you! =) Night!

Yuen Steamboat at Sunway Mentari

Yesterday as usual attend for 6 hours of t5 class. After the long hours of class, we had our dinner outing for the all-you-can-eat steamboat at Yuen, Sunway Mentari. This famous steamboat restaurant needs no further recommendation and is well known in Sunway. They have 3 stories of restaurants and even have their own build-in lift! Imagine around 300 patrons can be served at once! Prices are simple. It's RM19.90 per person, and it is not inclusive of drinks. It's eat-all-you-can style, which entitle you to spend longer hours just to slowly eat as much as you like. Well,the tips is, they are freaking famous for their chicken wings! People would die to queue up and grab the chicken wings fresh from the oven! Sometimes you have the chance to notice how hungry barbarians fight for foods,all kinds of attitudes are shown live just right in front of your eyes. But I felt the chicken wings there not really that nice only, maybe because it's free! That's why everyone would die for it!
